Day camps at Kings Gap have been developed over many years to meet the needs of each group. Programs are conducted mainly outdoors and are designed to guide campers to enjoyment, awareness, and knowledge of the natural world.
PA State Parks’ camps are designed to help children learn about the world around them. These meaningful environmental education programs provide positive experiences outdoors and allow children to explore nature with others of the same age.
Please keep your child’s abilities in mind when deciding whether they will be comfortable in this learning experience. Instructors cannot provide extensive individual attention while working with their group. Campers must be the appropriate age by the first date of camp to attend that session. Pre-registration and payment is required before start of camp.
