Annual Friends of Kings Gap Events
Friends of Kings Gap plan, support, and sponsor annual events at Kings Gap. When these events are scheduled in the upcoming calendar, we’ll share them with you here. Some, like Easter sunrise service, have been Kings Gap traditions since the mid-1900s. Some, like Music on the Mountain, bring together hundreds of people from our community to enjoy sunshine, music, and food. Won’t you plan to join us at the top of the mountain this season? Easter Sunrise Service
Every Easter Sunday, a sunrise service is held on the Mansion lawn. This tradition has been observed for decades.
Native Plant Sale
Sponsored by the Friends of Kings Gap, this springtime plant sale includes native plants, and a few “naturalized” favorites.
